To proclaim the good news of the kingdom to all nations, making disciples of all who believe transforming them into mature, effective witnesses for Christ.

     operate freely to the glory of God.

5.  ENCOURAGING through prayer, Biblical instructions, guidance counseling and practical
     assistance to those who are lost emotionally wounded, the sick and those struggling with any
     of life's many challenges.
